RETURN & CANCELLATION

If upon receipt of your order you find anything unsatisfactory, send us an email at info within 10 days of receiving the product, our team will confirm your return request via email.
Cancellation: Email us at loklacrafts@gmail.com for cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order from www.loklacrafts.com No cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing an order with us.
We would be happy to provide a refund or replace your order as per your wish. In the email confirming your return request, you will receive the address to our warehouse, to which you have to ship the product back. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it after which you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted and we will initiate the refund process, the transfer days will vary according to your bank’s policy.
Please note, that all products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Please be careful while trying on items. The item should be returned new and unused as Lokla holds the right not to accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. Post 10 days, no exchange or return will be entertained.
